Youth Night

The Mississauga Ram Mandir Youth(MRM Youth) held a Potluck Dinner & Games Night on Friday, January 31/2014.  There was plenty of food, games and fun throughout the night, this allowed our youth to catch up and socialize. Stay tuned for upcoming events from MRM Youth!

Lohri Celebrated at Mississauga's Ram Mandir

Mississauga's Ram Mandir celebrated Lohri on January 14th, 2014. Lohri is a ritual of lighting up a bonfire, creates an aura for the festivity. Revered Pandit Roopnauth Sharma chanted mantras paying obeisance to the holy fire. Everyone that was present performed parikarma , offering prasad to Agni(God of fire) and prayed for prosperity. Newlyweds and new born babies were blessed by Pandit Sharma.

Mississauga's Ram Mandir celebrated New Years with its Annual New Years Day Bhajan Program.  Devotees and members of Ram Mandir's Kirtan Mandali spent 4 hours singing bhajans, praises of god and a short sermon was conducted by Pandit Roopnauth Sharma.
